General trading conditions / Terms of delivery and dispatch Please note: send your complete address incl. Email, Telephone or Fax No. in case of further inquiries from our side! Minimum purchase order value outside of Germany but within the European Union 50.00 €. For deliveries outside of Germany but within the European Union we charge a flat shipping/handling fee of EUR 12.90 (regardless of your order size). Delivery time: If all items are in stock, your order will be sent out within 4-6 days upon receipt of your order. If the goods are not in stock, the delivery time averages 2-4 weeks. We inform you asap, in case of a delayed delivery. Dispatch within the EU and Switzerland: The dispatch takes place via regular mail. Due to the varying postal charges, depending on weight and recipient country, we charge shipping and handling individually, in order to ensure you the lowest charges possible. After receiving your order, we inform you via mail/fax of the availability of all items and the total of your individual shipping charges. Further points of interest: Until full payment, all items ordered remain the property of Suicideglam. Errors and price adjustments excepted. We exclude liability for slight color variations. Any kind of duplications of our copyrighted motives will be prosecuted. All procedures are according to the Law of the Federal Republic of Germany. All former terms of delivery and dispatch lose their validity with the publication of this general trading conditions. All prices include Germany`s value-added tax. The purchaser affirms the terms of delivery. Complaints/Exchange: Complaints are accepted only within 14 days upon receipt of the invoice. We only exchange items in case of production defect or incorrect delivery. Worn or used items cannot be exchanged. This also applies for inappropriate treatment (see instructions/textile label). Please note: We do not accept freight-collect mail. Please inform us prior to returning items, do not return items without advance notifications.
